Advisory Board Series
In pre-launch mode, a urology client engaged Clinical Conversations to conduct virtual advisory boards across the country to gain insights from community healthcare professionals on treatment patterns.
Clinical Conversations conducted a regional analysis, and over 700 community urologists, urogynecologists, nurse practitioners, and PAs were identified and invited to participate in the advisory boards.
Clinical Conversations supported the creation of an MLR-approved slide deck and meeting materials, including a moderator guide and tally sheet. Virtual slide reviews were conducted for each board, with a focus on building trust, encouraging interaction, responding to tough questions, and managing meeting flow and agenda.
The 10 virtual advisory boards were successfully executed, with over 100 healthcare professionals providing insights on regional similarities and differences in treatment patterns, insurance coverage, interpretation and adherence to guidelines, and patient populations.
