Investigator Meeting

Clinical Conversations was tasked with organizing an investigator meeting/advisory board for a client aimed at updating primary investigators and study coordinators on changes to the protocol, and to discuss the challenges faced in fully enrolling the trial. Clinical Conversations identified a convenient venue, handled all travel arrangements, and hosted a welcome reception the evening before the meeting to facilitate networking between the company executives and investigators.

The next morning, breakfast was served, and the meeting commenced with small, one-on-one discussions between sites and clinical development staff to explore specific programs to boost enrollment. The formal meeting included presentations, breakout sessions, and group discussions. The meeting achieved all objectives. Months later, the trial was fully enrolled on schedule, and subsequent collaborations were announced, which were initially discussed during the welcome reception.
